Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship our coffee via Sendcloud's carrier network. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery times (Netherlands) Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Packaging All orders are carefully packed to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Failed delivery If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
